In Short

• Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements regarding Clariti Software products.
• Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for software design/development.
• Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce platform to propose solutions to business and technical problems.
• Leverage expert knowledge of the Clariti solution to propose solutions to customer business requirements.
• Expertly communicate and negotiate with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Support the SI partner and/or Clariti teams to deliver capabilities using the Clariti solution.
• Serve as the Clariti software expert for one or more clients.
• Work collaboratively with all project team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute positively to Clariti teams and processes.
• Travel will be required for this position, up to 25%.

Requirements

• 4+ years of comparable work experience.
• Experience as a lead, BA or consultant in implementation or configuration projects with Salesforce.
• Able to interpret user requirements from current state to future state.
• Salesforce Admin Certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience leading implementations with clients or working with partners/system integrators.
• Experience working in an Agile or “modified-Agile” environment.
• Expert communicator with stakeholders from all levels of an organization.
