The Delivery Practice Executive (DPE) at Clariti plays a pivotal role in overseeing consulting services for strategic accounts, ensuring high-quality implementation of solutions and managing a team of Implementation Consultants.

In Short

• Lead and scale the Consulting practice within the Professional Services team.
• Oversee delivery of engagements within assigned portfolio.
• Manage relationships between Clariti, clients, and partners during transformations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Implement effective delivery mechanisms to improve efficiency.
• Assist sales in closing deals by providing strategic oversight.
• Attract and develop top talent for the team.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the project team.
• Document lessons learned to improve future projects.
• Travel within Canada and the US 30%-40% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of services delivery experience.
• 7+ years of software implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a people leader.
• Experience in building and scaling a services practice.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with executives.
• Experience in large Enterprise environments.
• Project financials business acumen.
• Leadership experience in transformation programs.
