The Head of Technical Solutions at Clariti is responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform, ensuring high-quality service and successful project outcomes.

• Lead a team of Delivery Architects to ensure effective solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of services delivery experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture.
• Salesforce.com Admin and Developer Certifications.
• Experience with integration frameworks and APIs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in Agile and hybrid-Agile environments.
• Ability to manage client escalations effectively.
• Experience in large corporate organizational change management.
