Overview

The Head of Solutions at Fieldguide leads the high-performing Solution Engineering and Customer Onboarding teams for Assurance/Audit, responsible for delivering excellence to customers and maximizing the value of the Fieldguide platform.

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Solution Engineering or related function.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep domain expertise in Assurance/Audit or Advisory industry.
  • Proven track record in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing teams.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring success.
