Head of Solutions - Remote

Overview

The Head of Solutions will lead the Solutions department at Distru, focusing on building and managing integrations for top customers in the cannabis supply chain, while working closely with various teams to drive impactful revenue results.

• Lead the Solutions department from the ground up.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions, Integrations, or Customer Success.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Strong understanding of integration platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable debugging.
• Familiarity with Python and middleware tools.
• High emotional intelligence for stakeholder management.
• Bonus for experience in ERPs or the cannabis industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
