In Short

  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer happiness and retention.
  • Respond to support tickets and identify issues.
  • Use tools like SQL to solve complex tickets.
  • Make video recordings of solutions for customers.
  • Identify common questions for knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in supporting cannabis operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in technical support.
  • Ability to write about technical subjects clearly.
  • Experience with tools like Excel and software solutions.
