Overview

The Tech Customer Support team at Hack The Box is dedicated to providing exceptional support to users and customers across various products. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues while collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Provide support to incoming requests from HTB users and customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments for issue resolution.
  • Handle troubleshooting and innovative approaches to incidents.
  • Communicate with users via Intercom and Discord.
  • Open internal JIRA tickets for relevant teams.
  • Maintain familiarity with HTB platforms.
  • Work in a 24-hour support environment.
  • Occasional weekend shift coverage may be required.
  • Strong writing skills in English are essential.
  • Experience in web development is a plus.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Hack The Box platforms and products.
  • Proficiency with developer tools (DevTools).
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience in web applications development.
  • Ability to identify and describe bugs clearly.
  • Experience in scripting languages (Powershell, Bash, Python).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Some experience with networks and network engineering.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels.
  • Strong communication skills for user interaction.
