Overview

The Senior Director of Global Solution Engineering leads and scales the worldwide Solutions Engineering (SE) team across Federal/SLED, Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This role is accountable for building and operationalizing a high-impact SE function that accelerates growth, enhances customer experience, and drives technical credibility throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Solutions Engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years leading global or cross-regional teams.
• Expertise in Enterprise Cybersecurity SaaS.
• Strong analytical and operational mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales leaders.
• Experience defining and managing SE KPIs.
• Hack The Box player experience is a plus.
