Overview

Lazer is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Solutions Engineering to lead our Commerce Team and drive innovative, enterprise-grade e-commerce solutions on Shopify.

• Lead the Solutions Engineering function for enterprise e-commerce solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of Solutions Engineers.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients.
• Architect scalable solutions leveraging the Shopify stack.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Design teams.
• Support the sales team with technical insights.
• Oversee the execution of discovery sessions.
• Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Represent Lazer at industry events.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce solutioning.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with Shopify Plus.
• Strong technical foundation in web technologies.
• Exceptional consultative and strategic skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with digital agencies or enterprise organizations.
• Shopify certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
