Requirements

• 7+ years in a management role within software delivery.
• Advanced understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience in casino gaming and customer expectations.
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Skilled in translating business requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching teams.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
