In Short

• Partnering with leaders across product, design, and data to deliver on the product roadmap for impactful areas such as our marketplace, our provider onboarding, and scheduling.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize projects and balance new feature development with technical debt reduction and infrastructure improvements.
• Working closely with the managers and engineers to improve engineering efficiency and reduce technical debt.
• Coaching your management team through career growth with mentorship and actionable feedback.
• Contributing to solving cross-engineering challenges and driving engineering-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a people manager who has successfully built and led high performing teams.
• 3+ years of experience as a Director.
• A strong technical background, with experience as a software engineer.
• A history of building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
