As a Customer Support Specialist at Grow Therapy, you will play a crucial role in making high-quality mental healthcare accessible and affordable by troubleshooting and resolving issues for clients and therapists.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues Clients and Therapists raise via Phone and Live Chat.
• Identify root causes and work with Product teams to improve the platform.
• Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for Clients and Therapists.
• Meet quantitative metrics for conversations handled.
• Work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Basic programming skills are a bonus.
