In Short

  • Facilitate positive user experiences for veterinarians, hospitals, and technicians.
  • Provide support through online channels including email and LiveChat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first line issues raised by users.
  • Coordinate escalated issues with relevant departments.
  • Document scenarios and share key learnings with the team.
  • Maintain Hubspot for client communications and support tickets.
  • Coordinate with Finance and other departments for payment reconciliation.
  • Work during client support hours including weekends.
  • 2+ years of client support experience preferred.
  • Excited to join a diverse and growing team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in client/customer support.
  • Experience in the veterinary or animal healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools/software.
  • Proactive and organized in communications.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and improve processes.
  • Timely and efficient in task completion.
  • Driven to enhance customer experiences.
  • Flexible work hours including early mornings and evenings.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
