Overview

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our franchisees when they need assistance with their orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution.

In Short

  • Assist franchisees with tracking orders and resolving issues.
  • Act as a bridge between franchisees and suppliers.
  • Respond to support requests through Gorgias and email.
  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Handle various duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous travel or industry-related experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Experience in hospitality or similar industry preferred.
  • College education strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new platforms.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce support helpful.
