The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping how Casago shows up across national campaigns and local franchise marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive, professional, and compelling visual presence.

In Short

• Design marketing assets across digital, print, social, and franchise materials.
• Execute creative solutions from concept to completion.
• Collaborate closely with Copy and Brand partners.
• Support local market customization while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and feedback cycles simultaneously.
• Apply and help maintain brand guidelines and design systems.
• Prepare and organize final assets for distribution.
• Create production-ready files for vendors.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating print and digital work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Solid understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling.
• Ability to concept and execute a range of design solutions.
• Experience supporting marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a Brand-led team.
• Hospitality or franchise brand experience preferred.
