Overview

As a Client Support Specialist at Trustly, you will be a brand ambassador and customer champion, supporting customers across various channels and ensuring timely resolution of their issues.

  • Support customers via email, chat, and phone.

  • Own customer issues end-to-end for timely resolution.
  • Answer technical questions related to APIs and transactions.
  • Handle inquiries about financial and payment transactions.
  • Empathy and passion for helping customers are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Experience with iOS or Android is a plus.
  • Previous knowledge of Salesforce Service/CRM is an advantage.
