Overview

The DataOps Manager at Trustly will lead the DataOps team, ensuring the delivery and quality of data across various applications and environments while collaborating with multiple teams to integrate data systems effectively.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience leading Data Engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.
• Expertise in building data pipelines for large volumes of data.
• Experience with AWS, Spark, and Python development.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Experience with Apache Airflow and Big Data solutions.
• Experience with Redshift, DBT, and QuickSight.
• Technical leadership and collaborative mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
