The Director of Regulatory Compliance at Trustly will advise product and engineering teams on compliance with US licensing requirements and consumer regulatory standards, while enhancing the company's compliance management system.

• Advise product and engineering teams on US licensing and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years in regulatory compliance within financial services.
• Expertise in FCRA, TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, and privacy laws.
• Experience with compliance management systems.
• Experience in BaaS or fintech partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
