PrizePicks is seeking a motivated and experienced (Senior) Director of Gaming Regulatory Compliance to lead the development, implementation, and management of our gaming regulatory compliance program within the daily fantasy sports (DFS) landscape.

• Develop, implement, and enhance gaming regulatory compliance program.
• Proactively monitor and analyze changes to DFS regulations.
• Oversee all aspects of state-by-state DFS licensing.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Manage responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Review proposed new game types for compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to compliance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in gaming regulatory compliance.
• Deep knowledge of DFS regulations and licensing processes.
• Experience working with gaming regulators and legal teams.
• Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage compliance programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
