The Senior Director of Security and Compliance will lead the organization's efforts in ensuring compliance, maintaining security standards, and driving enterprise engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years in information security, with 5+ years in cloud security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in managing security within enterprise environments.
• Expert in Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure and IAM governance.
• Proficient in compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
• Strong analytical skills with a compliance-focused mindset.
• Experience in designing secure architectures across cloud environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong communication skills.
• High level of customer service orientation.
