Overview

Highnote is seeking a Director of Compliance to build a compliance function from the ground up, ensuring regulatory responsibilities are met while supporting a high-growth startup.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of compliance program experience.
  • Expertise in federal banking and consumer protection regulations.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in card issuing.
  • Proven risk assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
