Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant compliance experience
• Broad knowledge of mortgage lending and servicing
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in developing compliance management programs
• Ability to analyze risk trends
• Self-motivated with a hands-on leadership style
