Director of Compliance - Remote

Overview

Acorns is seeking a Director of Compliance who will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and will assist in all aspects of the firm’s compliance program, including maintaining policies, analyzing regulatory changes, and enhancing the compliance program.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and 24 required.
• Minimum 7 years SEC Registered Investment Adviser or Broker Dealer experience.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
• Superior knowledge of financial services and securities laws.
• Extensive experience with SEC and FINRA rules.
• Solution-focused and detail-oriented.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Ability to align company vision with team execution.
