In Short

  • Lead Alma’s Compliance Program.
  • Ensure compliance infrastructure aligns with effective compliance program elements.
  • Develop a strong culture of ethics and compliance.
  • Provide insight to Executive Leadership on compliance risks.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and recommend policy modifications.
  • Facilitate compliance training and education.
  • Lead compliance-related investigations.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and monitoring activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with Certification in Healthcare Compliance.
  • 7-10+ years’ experience in healthcare compliance.
  • Ability to develop and manage a compliance program.
  • Knowledge of compliance issues in telemedicine.
  • Understanding of healthcare coding and billing standards.
  • Ability to apply risk-based analysis to compliance issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
