Finance & Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Associate to join our Founder's Office Team, responsible for keeping our finances healthy, operations efficient, and systems scalable as we grow.

In Short

• Own strategic finance initiatives, including managing burn, forecasting cash flow, and tracking key company metrics.
• Work with external accountants to maintain clean, accurate books and audit-ready financials.
• Build and maintain processes for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance filings.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with sales and legal teams to improve client onboarding and revenue recognition processes.
• Identify and implement tools and systems to improve revenue operations.
• Work with legal teams to optimize case routing and capacity planning.
• Build relationships across teams to develop scalable operational solutions.
• Continuously look for ways to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in finance, operations, or a similar role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Analytical and comfortable with financial models.
• Strong communication skills across functions.
• Enjoy building processes in fast-moving environments.
• Passionate about Alma’s mission.
