• Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex business roles across Operations and non-technical departments.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using market mapping and AI-enabled tools.
• Design role-specific interview processes with hiring leaders.
• Manage high-volume pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Drive workforce planning and analyze team structure across commercial functions.
• Build and nurture networks within business and Operations communities.
• Design scalable recruiting processes that improve speed and quality of hire.
• Provide data-driven insights to shape hiring strategies.
• Mentor junior team members on recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
• Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Experience supporting senior-level hires and influencing commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of business and Operations functions.
• Ability to conduct meaningful conversations with business leaders and candidates.
