Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Remote

Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in guiding and elevating our recruiting efforts across Trupanion. You’ll work closely with business leaders to manage full-cycle recruitment, helping scale our talent strategies to meet both current and future hiring needs.

In Short

• Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and build sourcing strategies.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical skills and team fit.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and drive DEI initiatives.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with clear communication.
• Develop sourcing strategies beyond ATS, including outreach and referrals.
• Use data to track progress and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the Talent team to improve processes and share best practices.
• Work with People Ops to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with workforce planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of successfully hiring across a range of functions and levels.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate.
• Comfort with recruiting tools and systems.
• Exceptional communication skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Process-driven and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• High attention to detail and team-oriented.
