Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Remote

Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic partner & advisor to hiring leaders, engaging top talent to Camunda and owning the full cycle recruitment process. This role will directly impact our engineering and product hiring, ensuring we meet our business objectives for these departments in alignment with our headcount plan.

• Produce results in alignment with Camunda’s headcount plan and business objectives.
• Strategic partner responsible for Product, Engineering, and Design departments hiring needs.
• Create an inclusive and accessible world-class hiring and candidate experience.
• Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership.
• Continuously improve and initiate changes to our talent acquisition strategy.
• Source and identify untapped talent markets for Camunda.
• Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition and People team members on strategic projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech start-up.
• Experience in sourcing and selecting talent for Engineering and Product teams.
• Exceptional track record of results in meeting company scaling needs.
• Ability to work with large volume applications to ensure high-quality hiring.
• Clear understanding of a world-class candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.
