In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Guide deal structure, quoting, and order form creation.
• Collaborate to accelerate deal velocity and streamline Quote-to-Cash process.
• Primary contact for deal-related inquiries in assigned sales region.
• Monitor and respond to Sales Support queries.
• Manage issues and resolve booking errors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for Quote to Cash support.
• Ensure accuracy in booking metrics and subscription data.
• Participate in sales region forecast calls and meetings.
• Make impactful contributions from day one.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in Deal Desk, Pricing, or Revenue Operations, ideally in SaaS.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, especially Opportunities and Quotes.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Process-driven and accountable self-starter.
• Experience with CPQ tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics and renewal models is beneficial.
• Familiarity with contract management systems is advantageous.
• Global team experience and continuous improvement mindset are desirable.
