Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our long-term talent strategy by leading high-impact hiring initiatives and advising senior stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in full lifecycle recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and ATS platforms.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Prior experience mentoring or coaching recruiters.
• Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficient with MS Office / 365 suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
