• Manage end-to-end (E2E) hiring processes.
• Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
• Serve as a talent advisor to the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience for a SaaS organization.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting.
• Experience in sourcing and attracting talent.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with various interview processes.
• Familiarity with HR databases and ATS.
• Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude.
