Overview

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for managing complex end user support cases while working closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

In Short

  • Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in Tel Aviv office.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and handle complex client inquiries.
  • Investigate root causes of issues using application logs and developer tools.
  • Manage and solve assigned cases to provide optimal support solutions.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop reports to assess platform health and quality.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile application diagnostics.
  • Fluent in written and spoken French is a big advantage.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL API.
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-on technologies.
  • Ability to reproduce customer issues and file bugs with Engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing situations.
