  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, React.js, and AWS.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to write automation code.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud.
