Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting or troubleshooting SaaS, data, or integration products.
  • Hands-on familiarity with SQL and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of modern data stack components.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
  • A strong ownership mindset.
