Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits - Remote

Overview

Atlan is looking for a Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits to help design and scale our global rewards infrastructure across the UK, India, and the US, ensuring our compensation and benefits systems are scalable and principled.

In Short

• Design and maintain compensation and benefits systems globally.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain and evolve compensation bands by region, level, and function.
• Lead execution of global compensation cycles.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on offer structuring.
• Manage equity guidelines and approvals with Legal and Finance.
• Support benefits consistency across India, UK, and EOR partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and documentation integrity.
• Identify and implement improvements to rewards systems.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in total rewards or HR operations.
• Deep expertise in India compensation design and regulatory context.
• Strong knowledge of global benchmarking and benefits structuring.
• Experience running compensation programs with Finance and Talent.
• Effective communicator for complex trade-offs.
• Data-savvy and tool-fluent, confident with benchmarks and dashboards.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
