In Short

  • Manage and oversee regular compensation cycles, including budgeting, salary adjustments, bonuses, and equity distributions.
  • Develop and execute new remuneration initiatives that are competitive and compliant with the regulations.
  • Conduct job mapping and evaluation to define roles, responsibilities, and the value of positions within the organization.
  • Administer and further develop salary bands to make sure Solaris is a competitive employer.
  • Design and manage performance management cycle, analyze performance trends, provide guidance to leaders on constructive feedback, performance issues and improvement plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing coaching and consulting support on talent development, performance management, and reward.
  • Analyze compensation structure including base pay, bonuses, benefits, and its effectiveness and competitiveness.
  • Create reporting for management and make data-driven recommendations for the improvements.
  • Hands-on experience in creating policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in Business Partnering role, in high paced environment.
  • Experience in consulting leaders, managing stakeholder of different seniority level.
  • Knowledge in reporting, building compensation models, conducting compensation analysis, performing salary benchmarking, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, HR reporting tools, and other data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to visualize data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on attitude, with strong problem-solving skills.
