Point B is seeking a dynamic and analytically oriented Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our progressive People team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy, design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with Point B’s vision, strategy, and Employee Value Proposition while also maintaining tight alignment with competitive practices.

  • Manage employee benefits programs in collaboration with vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in compensation management.
  • 3 years working with employee benefits.
  • 5 years in professional services or consulting industries.
  • Experience designing sales incentive programs.
  • Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles and laws.
  • Top-tier analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in compensation software, preferably Workday.
  • Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) preferred.
