Overview

The Director, Finance is responsible for developing and enhancing key performance indicators, increasing operating efficiency, and aligning Point B’s finance and business strategies.

• Develops financial models and provides forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Drives financial sophistication across the organization.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Finance or Accounting.
• 10+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical foundation in complex environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable steps.
