Director of Finance - Remote

Overview

The Director of Finance will be an integral part of the senior leadership team, working closely with the CEO and stakeholders to scale the business and implement strategic objectives.

In Short

• Manage the production of the Forecasting, Planning and Analysis cycle (FP&A)
• Create financial models to help forecast the business
• Oversee all aspects of financial accounting
• Create pricing models and perform detailed pricing analysis
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies
• Conduct in-depth analyses of company performance
• Analyze trends and customer insights
• Partner with operations, sales, and HR teams
• Work with the data team to build dashboards
• Manage financial reports and P&L

Requirements

• 6+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
• Excellent FP&A and accounting skills
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and modeling skillset
• Experience with corporate equity management
• Great negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An incredibly ambitious attitude with a desire to continue to learn
• SaaS experience and a strong understanding of SaaS metrics
