Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in a senior capacity.
• Operational leadership experience outside HR.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Strong bias for action and execution.
• Integrity and commitment to a respectful workplace.
