Director of Human Resources - Remote

Overview

ThermalWorks LLC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Director, Human Resources to lead and scale the people function for ThermalWorks in close partnership with the Endeavour HR team. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to ThermalWorks leadership while aligning HR practices, talent strategies, and employee experience initiatives with Endeavour’s broader people philosophy and operational standards.

In Short

• Serve as the HR leader for ThermalWorks, partnering closely with company leadership and the Endeavour HR team.
• Develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for attracting and retaining high-performing talent.
• Advise managers and employees on employee relations and performance management.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-accountability culture.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback practices.
• Identify training and leadership development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR leadership experience.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced organizations preferred.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership.
• Multi-state and/or global workforce experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders.
• High emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with HRIS platforms.
