Project Manager, EMEA - Remote

Overview

Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, EMEA to join our team, working directly with the Director of Project Management and the regional Director of Operations, serving as the central point of accountability for execution performance for multiple projects in a region, delivering ThermalWorks’ high-efficiency cooling systems for data centers.

In Short

• Oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.
• Build strong working relationships with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct inspections and audits for performance and compliance.
• Prepare and submit project plans and budgets.
• Ensure alignment between field conditions and design intent.
• Travel up to 50% to support regional deployment efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of project leadership experience in mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems.
• Experience with commissioning oversight and integrated system delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with various software tools.
