Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team, working directly with the Director of Project Management and the regional Director of Operations, serving as the central point of accountability for execution performance for multiple projects in a region, delivering ThermalWorks’ high-efficiency cooling systems for data centers.

In Short

• Oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery from pre-construction planning to turnover.
• Build strong working relationships with engineering, commissioning, service, and manufacturing teams.
• Communicate with senior management, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Enforce adherence to company processes and startup requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits for performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit project plans and budgets.
• Ensure alignment between field conditions and design intent.
• 25% travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of project leadership experience in mission-critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects.
• Solid working knowledge of HVAC and electrical distribution.
• Experience with commissioning oversight and integrated system delivery.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Background in data center cooling systems.
• Familiarity with redundant systems and commissioning strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
