The Project Manager owns the planning and execution of ADVENTS projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or related field.

• PMP certification preferred.

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution.
• Solid analytical skills for assessing impacts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
