Overview

As a Project Manager at Catalis, you will collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement innovative solutions for government operations, ensuring all activities are tracked and managed effectively.

In Short

• Plan and lead implementation/migration projects for government clients.
• Create detailed project plans and associated artifacts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for project insights.
• Facilitate customer meetings and activities.
• Monitor resources for capacity and budget utilization.
• Manage development and configuration work.
• Coordinate quality assurance testing.
• Assist in training end users on the software.
• Identify project risks and communicate necessary actions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50%.
• Preferred: Experience with court case management systems.
• Preferred: PMP Certification.
• Preferred: Experience with Jira and Smartsheet.
