• Define and implement Quality Assurance standards across development teams.
• Lead and manage a team of QA Analysts.
• Establish manual testing processes and drive adoption of automated testing technologies.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.
• Coordinate various types of testing to identify software defects.
• Act as the main point of contact between QA and development teams.
• Lead the adoption of automated testing frameworks.
• Define and track key QA metrics.
• Provide regular updates and reports on QA progress.
• Promote knowledge sharing among QA and development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years in Quality Assurance, with 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience defining and implementing QA processes.
• Strong experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore QA teams.
• Proficiency in using Jira for QA management.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
