Overview

Litify is seeking a dynamic and experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team, focusing on implementing and scaling automation within our testing processes to improve software quality.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy focusing on automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a QA leadership role with a focus on automation.
• Extensive experience with test automation tools (Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience in building test plans and risk assessments.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Willingness to collaborate and share knowledge within a QA team.
