Overview

Veeva Systems is looking for a QA Manager to contribute to the day-to-day delivery of a mission-critical SaaS offering, ensuring high quality and customer success.

In Short

• Manage the Vault Functional Team for testing new features and regression.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the Functional QA team.
• Guide the team on processes that enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with Automation Management and Product Managers.
• Triage production issues with Customer Support Manager.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing QA teams of 6-12 engineers.
• Excellent understanding of QA processes and techniques.
• Technical QA manager, knowledgeable in Java applications.
• Experience with agile/iterative development methods.
• 4-year college degree in relevant field preferred.
