QA Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a QA Manager to lead and expand our Quality Assurance teams. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing QA strategies, building a high-performance team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software products.

• Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy, including test automation, manual testing, and performance testing.
• Build and lead the QA team, mentoring and empowering members to enhance their skills.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define and track key quality metrics to measure and report software quality.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure quality is integrated into the software development cycle.
• Work with DevOps to integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable releases.
• Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, conducting root cause analyses and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Advanced English for conversation (international project).
• Proven track record in building and expanding QA teams and processes.
• Willingness to work and mentor other engineering team members.
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Practical experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including microservices, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering results.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
