Overview

The Manager, Software Development will lead and oversee the development team responsible for building and maintaining the next-generation cloud-based Catalis Tax system. This role involves delivering scalable applications, managing DevOps pipelines, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in software development focusing on Microsoft stack and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and React.
• Hands-on experience with database design and optimization.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience managing offshore development teams.
